Job summary

Hart County Schools in Kentucky seeks a part-time Bus Driver substitute to operate routes on a schedule, pick up and discharge students, and ensure safe, efficient transportation.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, assisting with loading/unloading of students including those with disabilities, and complying with district policies and Kentucky CDL requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED accepted (or progress towards GED).
• One year experience operating a motor vehicle.
• Must meet criminal record check requirements per Kentucky state law.
• Valid Kentucky Commercial Class B license with passenger endorsement.
• Satisfactory driving record.

• Operate a school bus on designated routes according to time schedules, pick up and discharge students.
