Job summary

ESS is seeking a substitute paraprofessional in Minnesota to assist the classroom teacher and provide additional support to students with special needs. The role focuses on reinforcing instruction, supervision, and helping with materials and administrative tasks.

As part of ESS’s education staffing. you will support students, follow IEP/504 provisions, and contribute to a positive learning environment across various school settings and times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Background check.

• Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration
