HDR is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager to join our South Carolina Power Delivery team, based in Fort Mill with other SC offices available. You will lead engineering staff, drive project performance and coordinate with clients across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. HDR values an employee-owned culture and collaborative growth.
