Job summary

HDR is seeking a Substation Engineering Intern to join our Power team in Michigan. You will gain real-world experience on exciting projects, work under the supervision of a professional or Project Manager, and participate in mentoring programs designed for early career talent.

You'll apply standard engineering techniques, contribute to client projects, and develop problem-solving and communication skills in an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
