Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and candidate must be enrolled in a college/university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering initiatives and projects with a variety of tasks.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases for project tracking.
• Prepare training documentation and help aids for operations.
• Create and review clerical documents (drafts, reviews, filings).
• Assist in managing small capital/expense projects.
• Develop project schedules and milestones, including use of Microsoft Project.
• Help resolve issues using engineering principles and practices.
• Document project spending and create savings/justification materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
