GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Entry level client serving position for individuals with limited counseling skills and/or experience. SUD Techs are responsible for the office duties outlined but not limited to documentation, processing new patient admissions, answering phones and faxes, verifying insurance/grant eligibility and checking in patients.
