Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) preferred.
• Two years of addiction treatment counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, counseling, and discharge planning services.
• Conduct substance use screenings and triage for treatment needs.
• Coordinate care with medical and behavioral health providers.
