Job summary

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is seeking a qualified clinician to develop patient treatment plans, conduct biopsychosocial intakes, and coordinate care for a full caseload in our behavioral health program in Manteno, IL.

You will provide direct clinical services with a minimum of 20 billable hours weekly, using evidence-based practices and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, pay range of $43,000–$55,000 per year, benefits including health,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• IAODAPCA CADC certification required or obtainable within hire period.
• Experience in substance use, detox programs, MAT, behavioral health, or community relations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop patient treatment plans and conduct continued stay reviews based on research and patient history.
• Provide patient intakes, treatment planning, case coordination, staffing, aftercare planning, and discharge with individual and group therapy.
• Provide direct clinical service to a full caseload with a minimum of 20 billable hours weekly.
• Counsel patients individually or in groups to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting life, or making changes.
• Maintain at least 51% of work time in face-to-face counseling and contacts.
• Review and evaluate patients' progress relative to goals in treatment plans.
