You will develop individualized treatment plans, lead group and individual sessions, and collaborate closely with clients and referral sources to promote recovery and daily functioning. Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• LMSW, LMAC, LPC, LMFT preferred
• Credentialed as Qualified Addiction Professional or LAC/LCAC; willing to credential in additional states
• Willing to provide telehealth services as needed

Responsibilities

• Complete intake, screening, and assessment within designated time frames
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document all services in accordance with regulatory standards
• Facilitate group and individual counseling focused on substance use recovery
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and referral sources
• Handle crisis situations as they arise
