• Master’s degree in social or health services required.
• Experience in addiction recovery counseling preferred.
• Licensure: LCAS, LCSW, CADC eligible/certified.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual counseling sessions and documents scheduled sessions.
• Conducts group and/or family sessions as scheduled and documents.
• May co-facilitate assigned group or family sessions.
• Prepares individual treatment plans for assigned patients.
• Provides crisis intervention to patients as needed.
• Acts as liaison between referrals and patients; coordinates aftercare as needed.
