Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Temporary CADC or CADC with Iowa Board; full CADC within one year of hire.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and transition planning.
• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based techniques.
