Victory Recovery Partners seeks a full-time Substance Use Counselor to join its Hempstead outpatient recovery team. You will provide individual and group counseling, coordinate patient care, and support clients receiving substance use disorder treatment.

You will work alongside MAT, Behavioral Health, Wellness, and Psychiatry colleagues to deliver comprehensive, integrated care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active CASAC, CASAC-T, CASAC-P, LMSW, MSW, LMHC, or MHC-LP credential.
• Proficiency with EMR and Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload and changing priorities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
• Supervised work hours and supervision toward full licensure provided for CASAC-T, MHC-LP, MSW, and LMSW professionals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Victory Recovery Partners is seeking a full-time Substance Use Counselor to join its outpatient recovery team in Hempstead, NY. This role provides individual and group counseling, coordinates patient care, and supports individuals receiving substance use disorder treatment. Counselors work alongside Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Behavioral Health, Wellness, and Psychiatry professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Additional opportunities are available in Hicksville, Farmingville, Massapequa Park, and Shirley, NY.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload providing individual and group counseling.

Full-time Employees:

• $24–$28 per hour, based on credentials and experience.
• $7,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 6 and 9 months.
• Weekly performance bonuses with additional earning potential.
• Guaranteed hourly pay for 40 hours weekly, regardless of client cancellations or no-shows.
