Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Lead Group Therapist to conduct 3–4 one-hour group sessions daily using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. You will collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to monitor patient progress and document outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and an active IN behavioral health license or certification among listed credentials, with willingness to reciprocity for multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active IN behavioral health license or certification with CADAC II-V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.

Job description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed
• Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT
