Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a Licensed Addiction Specialist to join a community-based support team in the Goldsboro/Wilson, NC area. You will conduct assessments, crisis intervention, recovery planning, and care coordination to help clients achieve lasting recovery.

This full-time, hybrid role offers salary of $55,000 per year along with health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina licensure as LCAS, LCAS-A, or CADC.
• Experience treating individuals with substance use disorders.
• Strong crisis intervention, assessment, and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychoeducation based on each beneficiary's PCP.
• Conduct substance use assessments and functional evaluations.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during emergencies.
• Develop and implement individualized substance use treatment and relapse prevention plans.
• Coordinate care with medical, behavioral health, and community providers.
• Assist clients with housing resources and community support services.
• Help beneficiaries develop independent living and coping skills.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Addiction Specialist to join a Community Support Team serving the Goldsboro/Wilson area. This role focuses on providing community-based substance use disorder services, crisis intervention, recovery planning, and care coordination to support individuals on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychoeducation based on each beneficiary's Person-Centered Plan (PCP).
• Conduct substance use assessments and functional evaluations.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during emergencies.
