Job summary

New Season in Mobile, AL seeks a Substance Abuse Counselor with a Master's degree to join our team. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, complete assessments and treatment plans, and document care while maintaining at least 20 hours of direct patient counseling weekly.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver high-quality care, educate patients on recovery and relapse prevention, and support clients at every stage of their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, mental health, counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• QSAP I eligible.
• ADC certification within 30 months of hire to remain qualified.
• Substance use disorder or behavioral health experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
