Crossroads Treatment Centers in Virginia seeks a Substance Abuse Counselor to provide individual counseling for highly complex patients and conduct thorough clinical assessments to tailor each treatment plan. Our clinical team enjoys an early morning schedule with early afternoon out times. It is expected for all clinical team members to participate in our Saturday rotation. The frequency of this rotation is determined by the current staff count. Expected hours for this role are 37-40 hours per week. 4:45 AM – 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM, rotating Saturdays
General experience working with underserved populations in a clinical setting. Lived addiction experience is a plus. No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program. Qualified candidates will hold one or more of the following certifications/licenses: : Must have an active LPC, LCSW, LMFT or LSATP. or CSAC Counselors shall be licensed by the applicable Virginia health regulatory board or by a nationally recognized certification board or eligible for this license. Must have a valid driver's license.
