Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is recruiting a licensed clinician to provide evidence-based individual and group therapy within a residential detox and inpatient rehab setting. The role emphasizes confidentiality, ethical practice and strong team collaboration.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree and licensure, with Master’s preferred, and will contribute to aftercare planning, documentation, and recovery principles throughout care coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Valid state licensure/certification to practice (LADC/MLADC/LSW/LICSW/LCMHC) preferred
• Excellent observational, collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Compassionate, dignified character modeling recovery principles
• Ability to set strong boundaries and maintain absolute confidentiality

Responsabilidades

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client
• Conduct individual, group, family and couple therapy sessions

• Prevent, intervene and de-escalate in event of a crisis
• Maintain impeccable documentation of client challenges, progress, relapse risk, and intervention
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, treatment team and family for seamless coordination of care
• Model ethics, morality and recovery principles in every professional interaction - honesty, accountability, dignity and respect

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
