Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor to engage patients through individual, group, and family counseling to support recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct intakes and discharges, document progress, and provide at least 20 hours of direct counseling weekly.

Education, urine screens, and adherence to clinical protocols are essential.
