Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Clinician to supervise a team of Substance Abuse Counselors and deliver comprehensive counseling services to patients.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to identify clinical needs, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality patient care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related field.
• Licensure eligibility for LMFT/LPCC/LCSW/LCADC etc. per state requirements.
• Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of Substance Abuse Counselors.
• Identify clinical/case management needs and address them.
• Perform individual, group, and family counseling as required.
• Complete patient psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct patient intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
• Ensure documentation of patient progress and counseling sessions.

For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers has been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").

As a Licensed Clinician, you'll supervise and coach a team of Substance Abuse Counselors who are eager to learn and grow professionally. You'll work with a collaborative treatment team consisting of our medical director, program director, counselors, and nurses to identify and meet the patient's clinical needs and assist in their overall well-being.

Essential Functions

• Work with patients to complete intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
• Document patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
• Complete patient psychosocial and an individualized treatment plan within the required time frame.
• Identify any clinical/case management needs and work to address those needs.
• Perform individual, group, and family counseling as required.
• Perform at least 20 hours of direct one-on-one patient contact weekly through individual and/or group counseling sessions.
• Educate patients in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues, and steps to recovery.
• Obtain Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification.
• Always act in the best interests of the program and company; honor, support, and protect the proprietary data and rights of the company.
