Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide addiction treatment network with locations across several states, offering detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services. The Dublin, NH facility is a residential program staffed by clinicians and support professionals dedicated to compassionate recovery care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• State licensure/certification to practice preferred (LADC, MLADC, LICSW, LCMHC, etc.).
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate, dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client.
• Conduct individual, group, family and couple therapy sessions.
• Take responsibility for clinical needs, services, and aftercare for caseload.
• Prevent, intervene and de-escalate in crisis situations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, risk, and interventions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, treatment team and family for coordination of care.
• Model recovery principles with honesty, accountability and respect.

What You'll Do

• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for each client
• Conduct individual, group, family and couple therapy sessions
• Take responsibility for all clinical needs, services, and aftercare for your client caseload
• Prevent, intervene and de-escalate in event of a crisis
• Maintain impeccable documentation of client challenges, progress, relapse risk, and intervention
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, treatment team and family for seamless coordination of care
• Model ethics, morality and recovery principles in every professional interaction - honesty, accountability, dignity and respect

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Valid state licensure/certification necessary to practice in this role preferred-LADC, MLADC, LSW, LICSW, LCMHC etc.
• Excellent observational, collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to set strong boundaries and maintain absolute confidentiality
