FMCTI Energy Systems is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager – Subsea to lead strategic marketing communications for the Subsea business unit. This onsite role in Houston will partner with product marketing, strategy, sales and communications to drive product awareness, adoption and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will craft messaging, develop content and execute campaigns that translate complex subsea products into clear customer value and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing communications, product marketing, corporate communications, or related discipline.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing or communication plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product launch strategies and integrated communication plans.
• Support go-to-market initiatives through media outreach, social media, email marketing and thought leadership content.
• Create clear, compelling product messaging that communicates value to target audiences.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to understand product features, benefits, and customer needs.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product positioning and communications.
