Google is seeking a Subscriptions Marketing Manager for YouTube’s Connected TV team. You will drive growth across subscription products, operating at the intersection of business, product, and marketing to define a long-term growth trajectory.
You will synthesize inputs from cross-functional COEs to build a cohesive strategy that scales profitability and value. Strong analytical skills and experience in subscription marketing are essential.

The Connected TV Marketing team works on YouTube TV, NFL sunday ticket, and YouTube Primetime Channels, in addition to YouTube’s carriage of live sports, for example the NFL game that YouTube broadcasted globally in September 2025. We are a collection of strategists, growth marketers, and product marketers who focus on growing these businesses for YouTube and Google.
As a Subscriptions Marketing Manager for YouTube’s Connected TV (CTV) team, you are the strategist driving growth across our subscription products. You will operate at the intersection of business, product, and marketing, synthesizing inputs from cross-functional centers of excellence (COEs) to define the long-term trajectory of our CTV business. You will act as the primary architect of the strategy that binds our various product and marketing workstreams. By leveraging deep analytical excellence, you translate market dynamics into a cohesive growth roadmap, ensuring that our ecosystem is optimized for scale, profitability, and participant advantage. You will serve as the connective tissue within the organization guiding investment prioritization, pressure-testing business cases, and framing decisions that leadership uses to navigate the evolving streaming landscape. Your role requires the mindset of a consultant who can distill ambiguity into clarity, influence executive stakeholders across the organization, and serve as the strategic compass for the future of TV on YouTube.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
