Company Overview

We help customers manage warehouse inventory, equip their workforce, and secure their data by providing the right combination of hardware, software, cloud solutions, and support services.

Responsibilities

• Work under minimal supervision of the Supervisor, Referral; oversee lifecycle operations of recurring billing business.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to determine revenue recognition based on company controls for assigning multi-million-dollar recurring billing segments.
• Assist in developing processes and documentation for vendors' variable cost payment options.
• Ensure customer contracts meet vendor requirements for variable payments to mitigate company liability.
• Maintain knowledge of vendor contracts and manage variable payment options to meet vendor program and company audit compliance.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate keyboard for data entry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulating complex spreadsheets and pivot tables.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills for creating presentations and advanced formatting in Word.
• Attention to detail in composing, keying, and proofing professional business materials.
• Discreet with ability to work in a confidential executive environment, acting as an ambassador for the company.
• Understanding of sales or recurring billings and operations; ability to reconcile vendor usage reports and invoices.
• Process change agent, identifying improvements and system enhancements in a changing environment.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows related to recurring billing activities, company policies, procedures, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate reasoning skills to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions.
• Basic working knowledge of recurring billing operation processes and procedures.
• Adaptable; ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities.
