Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Subrogation or a closely related healthcare claims role.
• 3+ years of experience working for or supporting a health insurance carrier, payer organization, or BCBS plan.
• Deep knowledge of subrogation processes and claims lifecycles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Effective communication skills from analysts to C-suite clients.
• Experience leading client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Understanding of HIPAA privacy requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation meetings with new subrogation clients from discovery through go-live.
• Build productive relationships with client stakeholders.
• Identify implementation risks and align recovery workflows with the client operating model.
• Investigate ongoing concerns and communicate resolution plans clearly.
