Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Work Broker in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii to direct, coordinate, and schedule repair and maintenance for submarine units during in-port maintenance and voyage repairs.

You will provide technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, electronic systems, SUBSAFE, and related shipboard equipment. The role requires collaboration with management and other departments to plan preventive maintenance, inspections, and critical-path schedules for availabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with submarine maintenance or IMA/repair.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and schedules repair and maintenance for submarine units.
• Develops and communicates availability and voyage repair plans with maintenance teams.
• Tracks critical path work and prepares presentations for maintenance planning.
