Wild Birds Unlimited of Memphis is seeking an Assistant Manager to create a welcoming environment for customers and support the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence. You will assist with daily store operations, provide expert advice on bird feeding, and share your passion for birds and nature with customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2–3 years of retail management and sales experience.
• Interest in backyard bird feeding hobby or nature is preferred but not required. We will train you!
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including closing and weekend shifts, and during busy holiday periods.
