• Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the Summer of 2027 (relocation assistance provided for those with a permanent address of greater than 50 miles from Oshkosh, WI).

• Support subcontract administrators with negotiations, supplier selection, pricing, forecasts, and performance management.
• Learn how service pricing connects to project budgets, scope tasks, and broader financial decisions.
• Take ownership of certain service suppliers and actively manage their pricing and scope with mentorship.
• Visit suppliers to understand their capabilities, capacity, and QA systems.
• Support in ensuring compliance documentation is on file.
• Coordinate with engineering and program management to align subcontracted work with product timelines.
• Help coordinate scope changes, SOW amendments, and technical requirement updates.
• Identify and implement AI/digital tools to improve purchasing-team efficiency.
• Administer RFQs, send technical packages and SOWs, collect quotations, compare pricing.

Review and validate supplier invoices against contracted rates and milestone deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to confirm work completion and deliverable acceptance prior to payment approval, and partner with Accounts Payable and Finance to resolve any discrepancies.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*** Student working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Economics, Logistics, or related field.* Graduation date of December 2027 or later.* Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI for the Summer of 2027 (relocation assistance provided for those with a permanent address of greater than 50 miles from Oshkosh, WI).**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:*** GPA of 3.0 or greater.* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working independently and efficiently.* Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Pay Range:**$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
