Blue Collar Scholars is seeking experienced subcontractors to join our DC Metro Area network. You bring the tools, we send you booked, qualified jobs and prompt payment.

Projects span construction, remodeling, hardscaping, outdoor living, drainage, and landscaping, with work scheduled and scoped to keep your crew booked year-round. As soon as you apply we match you with opportunities based on your experience and trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade work on construction and remodeling projects.
• Carry out hardscaping and landscaping tasks per plans.
• Coordinate with homeowners; permits and project management handled by us.
• Execute drainage and grading work for DMV clay soils.
• Work on outdoor living projects including pergolas and outdoor kitchens.

Hardscaping

Patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor stonework. Materials sourced and layouts are approved to match the homeowners vision.

Outdoor Living

Pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and custom living spaces. Higher-ticket builds with detailed plans that match the customers backyard.

Drainage & Grading

French drains, dry wells, regrading, and subsurface systems for DMV clay-soils and freeze-thaw conditions.

Landscaping

Plantings, sod, garden beds, and lawn care. Steady seasonal work that pairs with hardscape and drainage planned to keep your crew booked through the year.
