Kaweah Health in Visalia, California is seeking a Registered Nurse for Subacute care. The role focuses on nursing diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for patients and families, within an interdisciplinary team on our Subacute unit.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license; BSN or MSN is preferred, or enrollment in an RN-BSN program. This is a day shift on a 12-hour schedule, with opportunities to lead and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• BSN or MSN preferred, or currently enrolled in RN-BSN program.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Advocates for patients and families while maintaining patient autonomy and rights.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to ethical and regulatory standards.
