Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Mukilteo is seeking Crew Members to join our friendly team. You’ll prepare fresh subs to Jersey Mike’s standards, provide welcoming, personalized service, and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant environment.

We value reliability and a positive attitude, and you’ll learn all areas of restaurant operations, including food prep, customer service, and teamwork, while contributing to a fast-paced, neighborly culture.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must meet age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required.
• Willing to learn and grow with Jersey Mike’s.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh subs and menu items following Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and create a welcoming experience for each customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Learn all areas of restaurant operations, including food prep and teamwork.
