• Deliver "Sub Above" Service: offer a friendly welcome, banter, and ensure each guest leaves happier than when they arrived.
• Master the Menu & Techniques: craft hot and cold subs precisely as requested, grill and prep tools handling.
• Make it Clean, Make it Quality: maintain a clean store and follow safety standards with a fresh uniform.
• Keep Things Moving: handle custom orders, cash out, and support online and delivery orders with speed and accuracy.
