Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring for Crew Members and Shift Leaders in the New York area to deliver a one of a kind customer service experience. The roles include part-time and full-time positions with in-house training and development.

You will work at the front counter, assist in making great subs, and interact with customers and coworkers while upholding Jersey Mike’s standards. The job emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, cleanliness, and a positive attitude across shifts.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience in food service
• 0-1 year experience in cash handling
• Willingness to learn Jersey Mike’s standards and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards
• Provide service that is above and beyond for the customer
• Maintain a clean store and workplace
• Set up of the store, including food preparation
• Food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.
