Jersey Mike’s Subs in Denver is seeking Crew Members to help deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will prepare subs, provide friendly service, and maintain a clean, inviting restaurant while following food safety standards and company guidelines.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. No prior experience required, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Must meet applicable age requirements for operating certain equipment, including slicer equipment, where required by state or local regulations
• Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable

Responsibilities

• Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards
• Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
• Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
• Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike’s signature “neighborly banter”
• Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture
