Jersey Mike's Subs seeks Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll help prepare and serve high-quality subs, maintain cleanliness, and provide an exceptional guest experience.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting. 18+ with Serve Safe certification preferred; transportation is required. Compensation to be discussed with franchisee.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.

Responsibilities

• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
