Responsibilities include complying with OSHA regulations, coordinating with project managers, maintaining a clean, safe site, and clear communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• General liability and workers' compensation insurance required.
• Certificate of Insurance required.
• Own a truck and roofing tools.
• OSHA compliance required.
• Ability to operate across a large service area.

Job description

We are seeking experienced and reliable roofing subcontractor crews to join our team. The ideal crew will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a subcontractor crew, you will be responsible for the installation of roofing systems on residential and potentially commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with current OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance.
• Must have Certificate of Insurance.
• Must own a truck and all necessary tools and equipment for roofing installations.
• Must comply with current OSHA regulations.
• Ability to operate within the service area, a large territory surrounding Altoona.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Construction: 4 years (Required)
