Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Label Prep Operator to join our Switchgear team, supporting the development of our Integrated Solution product line. The role emphasizes detail orientation, leadership, and technical proficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of assembly experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with potential for shift flexibility and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing or completed Associate's Degree in an applicable field preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in an assembly environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of assembly of a designed product.
• Build an assembly with basic torquing applications.
• Use basic hand tools safely.
• Follow verbal and written instructions in a documented Standard Operating Procedure.
• Assist with the fast pace and volume targets needed to be successful.
• Take an active role in business development and expansion.
• Complete on-the-job and classroom trainings related to assembling product safely and effectively.
• Shift flexibility and overtime as needed.
