Job summary

Accelera Staffing in Shreveport, LA seeks a Submerged Arc Welder (SAW) to join our production crew. You will perform submerged arc welding on heavy steel parts, following safety, quality, and output standards.

You will configure welding equipment, read blueprints and symbols, and work with the team to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality welds. The role offers a full-time schedule with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working with Sub Arc (SAW) processes.
• Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core (FCAW) welding techniques.
• Background in structural steel, pressure vessel, or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to decipher complex welding symbols and technical blueprints.
• Maintain a high level of precision to ensure the quality of every finished product.
• Successful completion of a weld assessment and standard pre-employment checks.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Compensation: $20.00 to $30.00+ hourly, depending on experience
