Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: assess and manage rehabilitation needs and perform OT procedures.
• Coordinate care with the Clinical Supervisor and team members.
• Educate patients to promote independence during recovery.
• Engage in staff education and professional development.
• Complete documentation within required timeframes and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
• Apply CMS/State and Joint Commission guidelines in patient care.
