Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a part-time Stylist to serve as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized styling guidance and leveraging product knowledge to inspire customers. You will listen to needs and guide selections, collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals and maintain an inviting sales floor environment.

You will help with styling appointments, build relationships, and use available tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.

• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
