Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be a true brand ambassador, helping customers with personalized styling while keeping the sales floor organized and inviting. You’ll collaborate with the team to create memorable customer experiences and ensure merchandise is displayed to impress.

In this role you’ll bring a hospitality mindset, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll also use a POS system to support a seamless shopping journey for guests.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.

You'll bring to the role
