Job summary

Ann Taylor in Wayne, NJ is seeking a part-time Stylist to serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will share extensive product knowledge, guide customers with personalized styling, and help them express their authentic selves while delivering a warm, hospitality-driven experience.

Work 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends; bring your personal style and energy, build relationships, and collaborate with store leaders to meet daily goals and maintain high visual standards.

• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.

• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
