Job summary

Ann Taylor in Oklahoma City is seeking a Stylist to act as the brand ambassador, offering personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You’ll share product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire with styling recommendations.

By listening to needs, you’ll guide customers to styles that fit their multifaceted lives, collaborate with your team to hit business goals, and maintain an inviting environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Shows initiative in thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bring personal style and positive energy to the sales floor.

• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
