Ann Taylor is seeking a friendly Stylist to provide personalized styling guidance and product knowledge on the Woodland Mall floor in Kentwood, MI. You’ll help customers express their authentic selves, answer questions, and inspire with styling recommendations, while collaborating with your team to hit store goals.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of sales or customer-focus experience, flexible evenings, weekends and holidays, and a hospitality mindset.

• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations. By truly listening to their needs, you guide customers to find styles that suit their multifaceted lives. You'll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
