Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Stylist in Dallas for a part‑time role on the sales floor. You will deliver personalized styling guidance, share product knowledge, and create memorable customer experiences that reflect the Ann Taylor brand.

As a store ambassador, you will build relationships, maintain visual and operational standards, and collaborate with store leaders to meet daily goals while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

About the role

As a Stylist, you act as the ultimate brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You'll share your extensive product knowledge, answer questions, and inspire customers with your styling recommendations. By truly listening to their needs, you guide customers to find styles that suit their multifaceted lives. You'll collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, provide personalized customer experiences, and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.
