Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to inspire customers and translate the brand's colorful, bold aesthetic into personal looks. You will greet guests, offer styling advice, and create complete outfits while guiding purchase decisions across all product categories.

In this role, you will leverage product knowledge, showcase multiple ways to wear items, and maintain an engaging, high-energy store experience that encourages customers to return.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner.
