Job summary

EVEREVE in Franklin, TN is seeking a Part-Time Stylist to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer. You will ensure all customers are seen, connected with, and helped to shop confidently in a welcoming environment.

You will stay on-trend, exude warmth, and support leadership in daily operations, inventory, and merchandising. This role emphasizes customer connection and sales support within a flexible, part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to advise customers accordingly.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building on the floor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer is seen and connected with, delivering the EVEREVE Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong on-floor presence with warmth and energy.
• Follow store policies and standards and support leadership in daily operations.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a HEART-style styling experience for all customers.
• Assist in daily operations like inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Contribute to sales generation and help hit store goals.

Position Overview We love fashion, but we love people more. As a Part-Time Stylist you will ensure our customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. You make sure that ALL customers are seen and connected with. Our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”

Responsibilities

• Acts through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Passionate about fashion and trend. Maintains a strong presence on the floor, exuding warmth and positive energy.
• Follows all policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Team Styles with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Supports the leadership team in daily operations of the business – including the coordination of daily operations, management of store inventory and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.
• Drives for results and contributes to the sales generation and goals of the store.
