Southeast Clips is seeking a full- or part-time hair stylist for a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established client base. The role offers a base wage plus productivity, product commissions, and tips, with a $300 signing bonus and ongoing hands-on training.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients on hairstyles, listening to preferences, recommending products, and performing shampooing, cutting, and styling. A valid cosmetology license is required.

Full or Part-time hair stylist. High volume salon, flexible hours, established customer base

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.

$300 signing bonus.

Ongoing training... both virtual training and hands-on training.
