Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Stylist in Philadelphia who embodies originality and integrity. You will craft looks for customers, drive the omni-channel Levi’s experience, and assist with merchandising and store operations while upholding brand standards.

You will engage shoppers, resolve concerns per policy, and participate in cash handling and replenishment tasks. This role offers part-time hours with the opportunity for growth within Levi’s, Dockers, and Beyond Yoga.

Qualifications

• Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Is at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer’s needs consistent with Levi's service approach.
• Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's Stores policy, procedure, and programs, and follow directives of store management.

Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer‑centric, open‑minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

You’ll support the leadership team to success:

Compensation

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements, or $13.45 – $22.45 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
