Job summary

Southeast Clips is seeking a hair stylist for a full- or part-time role in a high-volume salon. We offer flexible hours and an established client base with a strong emphasis on customer service.

We provide ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on, plus a $300 signing bonus. Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity, and tips, with an average effective wage around $31.26/hr in total earnings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.
