Job summary

Regis Corporation’s SmartStyle Salon is seeking a talented stylist to deliver haircut, color and other services with a focus on guest experience. You’ll use our proprietary tools and techniques to provide an experience beyond a standard haircut, while maintaining excellent service quality.

The role requires a current cosmetology or barber license, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and comfort with administrative tasks and basic math.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Tech-savvy with ability to perform administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and consultations.
• Perform haircut, color/highlights, waxing and specialty services.
• Close out the POS system at end of day.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
